Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts function across the organization.

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial closing.

• Manage banking operations, including fund management, working capital, bank reconciliations, Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), and coordination with financial institutions.

• Prepare and review monthly MIS, financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.

• Handle project accounting, job costing, WIP, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis for EPC projects.

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.

• Manage statutory, internal, GST, and tax audits and coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities.

• Monitor vendor payments, customer collections, receivables, payables, and cash flow.





• Strengthen internal financial controls, accounting policies, and SOPs. • Support commercial and project teams in contract reviews, financial planning, and commercial decision-making.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team.

Preferred candidate profile We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to lead the Finance & Accounts function of our EPC/Construction business. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in financial management, banking, statutory compliance, project accounting, taxation, and financial controls within the EPC/Construction industry. The role requires robust commercial acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end finance operations across multiple projects.
