As a Process Improvement Associate in the Performance Consulting – Process Intelligence Team, you will partner with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to analyze and improve business processes and design ideal target state processes. You will help teams apply intelligent automation and robotic process automation capabilities, including integration of artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models, and agent-based approaches, while maintaining responsible human-in-the-loop practices. You will join a global internal consulting team with high visibility that supports critical business reengineering, process data analysis, and diagnostic efforts across consumer and community banking, grounded in Diversity, Inclusion & Chance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed process maps, workflows, and documentation to synthesize findings, shape recommendations,
and influence senior executives through clear storytelling.
- Leverage internal generative artificial intelligence tools and GitHub Copilot to enhance delivery quality and evolve team outputs.
- Partner with project team members to interview stakeholders, analyze business process documents, and gather data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead one or more projects by demonstrating leadership through influence and strengthening team and organizational culture.
- Collaborate with the team to build hypotheses, analyses, and roadmaps, while identifying roadblocks and escalating risks with proposed solutions.
- Analyze key business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation, using data analytics to provide continuous insight.
