Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or MBA from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), FinTech, Credit Cards, or Marketing.
- Experience in corporate sales or institutional sales will be an added advantage

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager (BDM)



will be responsible for driving credit card sales by acquiring new corporate customers, generating quality leads, and building strong business relationships. The role requires regular field visits to corporate offices, government departments, educational institutions, and defence establishments to promote SBI Card products and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
-Promote and sell credit card products to corporate salary account customers
-Generate quality leads and ensure maximum conversions
-Visit corporate offices, government departments, PSU offices, defence establishments, and other institutions to expand business opportunities.
-Manage end-to-end customer acquisition and onboarding process
-Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
-Conduct customer meetings and presentations
-Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives
