Job Summary

JD - Performance Testing Analyst :
We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Testing Analyst (5-6Yrs Relevant Exp) with strong performance testing expertise, excellent analytical skills, and exposure to up-to-date engineering practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and analysing performance tests while working closely with development, infrastructure, architecture, and business teams to ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with performance testing tools, cloud platforms, databases, application monitoring tools, and scripting technologies, along with the ability to translate business requirements into effective performance testing solutions.

Performance Testing

Design, develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner & JMeter.

Plan and execute Load, Stress, Spike, Volume, and Endurance testing.





Create workload models and test scenarios based on business and production usage patterns.

Define test data requirements and coordinate data preparation activities.

Produce performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Support release readiness assessments and non-functional test sign-off activities.

Experience with Microservices Arch and testing.

Performance Analysis

Analyse performance test results and identify application, database, infrastructure, and network bottlenecks.

Perform root cause analysis and work with engineering & development teams to resolve performance issues.

Monitor system behaviour during testing and provide recommendations for performance improvements.

Validate performance against agreed SLAs and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).

Understanding of Performance Engineering concepts.
