Title: Data Analyst

Role Overview: We're looking for a Data Analyst to turn raw healthcare data into clear, decision-ready insights. You'll work across SQL, Python, and BI tools, and use AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor) to move faster while keeping quality high.

Key Responsibilities-

• Write and optimize SQL to extract and transform data for analysis and reporting

• Build dashboards and reports in Tableau / Power BI

• Clean, validate, and model data from multiple sources

• Use Python (Pandas) for analysis, automation, and ad-hoc scripting

• Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development and rigorously review their output





• Partner with stakeholders to frame questions and communicate findings clearly

Required Skills Experience-

• Robust SQL (joins, window functions, CTEs, optimization)

• Python for data work (Pandas, NumPy)

• Data visualization (Tableau or Power BI)

• Solid grounding in statistics and data wrangling

• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude / Cursor) and sound judgment to validate AI-generated code

• Git for version control

• Clear written and verbal communication
