Role & responsibilities .
- Day to day coordination with CHAs / Airlines/ freight forwarding agents/ Transporters.
- Handling temperature sensitive pharmaceuticals products
- Licencing with DGFT
- Export of temperature sensitive pharmaceuticals products
- Punching of Sales orders/ Delivery orders in SAP/ S4 HANA
- Floating of Air and sea freight enquirers on reverse auction platform & closing of freight deals.
- Freight MIS
- Re-import & re-export.
- Pre & post export documentations.
- Application / monitoring / closure of Advance Authorization.
- Application / monitoring / utilization of RoDTEP export incentives.
- Application / monitoring of DUTY Drawback claims settlements.
- Proficient in Excel Skills
