Role Description
The PPC Specialist (US Travel Industry) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize paid search and paid media campaigns focused on US travel clients, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and audience targeting. Daily responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, analyzing web analytics data, preparing reports, and implementing data-backed recommendations to improve ROI and conversion rates. T

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns targeting customers in the
USA
.
- Generate high-quality
inbound calls and leads
for travel bookings.
- Drive calls for:
- ✈️ Flight Bookings
- ? Flight Cancellations & Changes
- ? Car Rentals
- ? Cruise Bookings
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis,



ad copy development and campaign optimization.
- Monitor
CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rate, call volume and ROAS
.
- Optimize campaigns based on call quality, booking conversion and revenue.
- Manage budgets and ensure maximum ROI from paid campaigns.
- Identify negative keywords and continuously improve targeting.
- Work closely with the
Sales & Operations teams
to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience
in PPC/Performance Marketing.
- Prior experience in
US Travel / OTA / Flight / Cruise / Car Rental campaigns
will be highly preferred.
- Robust hands-on experience with
Google Ads
; Meta Ads experience is an advantage.
- Understanding of
call-generation campaigns and conversion tracking
.
- Strong analytical and optimization skills.
- Experience managing US-targeted campaigns and budget
