Job Summary

We are looking for a Residential Solar Sales Executive to drive the adoption of rooftop solar solutions among homeowners.

The ideal candidate will have experience in residential sales, strong communication and customer-handling skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions. You will be responsible for managing the sales journey from lead generation and home visits to quotation, negotiation, sales closure, installation coordination, and post-sales follow-up.

Key Responsibilities




- Generate and follow up on residential solar leads through various channels.
- Conduct home visits and meet prospective customers to understand their requirements.
- Assess customers' electricity usage and explain suitable rooftop solar solutions.
- Explain applicable solar subsidy schemes, benefits, savings, and return on investment to customers.
- Prepare and present quotations based on customer requirements.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations, and objections to close sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth installation and project execution.
- Guide customers through the required documentation and installation process.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation journey.
- Generate referrals and repeat business through strong customer relationships.
- Conduct post-installation follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
