Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Facility Management Trainer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to train, develop and evaluate frontline employees deployed across client sites.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering classroom and practical training on housekeeping, cleaning procedures, equipment and chemical handling, hygiene, safety, grooming, customer service, workplace discipline and company/client SOPs.

The candidate must be comfortable working with frontline/blue-collar employees and should be able to communicate effectively in multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training & Induction
- Conduct induction and orientation training for all new joiners.
- Train employees on company policies, workplace discipline, grooming and professional conduct.
- Conduct refresher and corrective training for existing employees.
- Ensure employees are trained before deployment wherever applicable.

2. Facility Management & Housekeeping Training
- Train employees on housekeeping and facility management procedures.




- Demonstrate proper cleaning techniques, equipment and machinery usage.
- Train employees on safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and materials.
- Train employees on washroom, floor, common-area and deep-cleaning procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company and client-specific SOPs.

3. Safety & Hygiene Training
- Conduct training on workplace safety, PPE and secure working practices.
- Educate employees on chemical handling, equipment safety and emergency procedures.
- Promote hygiene, sanitation and safe housekeeping practices to employees residing at Workplace, Clients Location and Staff Accomodation.

4. Grooming & Soft Skills
- Train employees on grooming, uniform standards and personal hygiene.
- Conduct sessions on communication, customer service and workplace etiquette.
- Train employees on professional behaviour and client interaction.
