Role Overview

Educan Global Operations Pvt. Ltd. is an international recruitment firm helping Indian professionals secure global employment. We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to own complete revenue generation, drive monthly candidate enrolments, and directly manage our counselling/tele-calling team.

This is an aggressive, target-centric role that requires leading from the front-closing candidates personally while pushing the team to exceed daily targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue & Lead Conversion: Own monthly revenue targets, convert inbound digital marketing leads into paid candidate enrolments, and personally close high-value clients.
- Team Leadership & Performance: Lead, monitor, and mentor the tele-calling and counselling team; conduct daily target reviews and track key call-to-conversion metrics.
- Candidate Counselling: Educate candidates on overseas job opportunities, process timelines, and documentation while handling complex objections confidently.
- Funnel & Process Discipline:



Maintain strict follow-up discipline across the pipeline and provide regular conversion reports directly to the Director.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly enrolment numbers & overall revenue generated.
- Team-wide lead conversion percentage.
- Individual closing volume on high-value leads.

Requirements & Ideal Profile
- Experience: 5-10 years in Sales, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Industry Preference: Insurance, Background in Immigration, Overseas Jobs, Education Consulting, or Manpower Recruitment.
- Skills: Proven revenue target ownership, robust closing techniques, team motivation, and strict follow-up tracking.
- Traits: Energetic, persistent, target-driven, and highly accountable.
