Role description

Summary:

We are looking for hands on Automation Leads with strong experience in Python based automation, BDD Behave, Web, API and Mobile automation. The candidate will be responsible for automation framework development/customization, code reviews, CI CD and mentoring the automation team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain scalable Python automation frameworks
- Robust hands on experience in BDD using Behave is mandatory, including feature files, step definitions and hooks.
- Experience in Web, API and Mobile automation.
- Strong experience in API automation and API based test data generation and management.
- Hands on experience with Jenkins and CI CD pipeline integration.
- Extensive knowledge of Git including branching, pull requests, code review, merging, rebasing and conflict resolution.
- Perform code reviews and ensure automation coding and framework standards.
- Guide and mentor SDETs and provide technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot automation, application, environment and test data issues.




- Build reusable automation components and continuously improve framework stability and automation coverage.
- Good understanding of SQL and database validation.
