Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Web Content Author / CMS Content Specialist with 4–8 years of experience in web content authoring and digital content management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with enterprise CMS platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), along with a robust understanding of HTML/CSS, SEO, accessibility, UX/UI principles, and digital content governance.

The candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, managing, and publishing high-quality web content while ensuring accuracy, consistency, accessibility, performance, and adherence to brand and content standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, format, and publish web content using CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress, Sitecore, or Drupal.
- Build and maintain web pages using predefined templates, components, layouts, and content structures.
- Ensure content accuracy,



consistency, and compliance with brand tone, style, and editorial guidelines.
- Optimize web content according to SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and performance guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards and follow web content accessibility best practices.
- Manage and maintain digital assets including images, videos, documents, and other media files.
- Perform content updates, quality checks, validation, and regression testing before publishing.
- Ensure content displays correctly across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
- Follow established content governance, approval workflows, publishing processes, and version-control procedures.
