Role Description
The Customer Success Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for ensuring customers gain maximum value from VComply’s platform. This position involves onboarding new customers, guiding them through implementation, and providing ongoing support to help them use the product effectively. The role includes monitoring customer health, responding to queries, resolving issues,



and coordinating with internal teams to address product or service concerns. The Customer Success Executive will conduct product demos, share best practices, identify upsell and expansion opportunities, and proactively engage customers to improve satisfaction and retention. The role also requires documenting customer feedback, contributing to process improvements, and maintaining accurate records in customer success tools and CRM systems.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services, preferably in SaaS or technology products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand customer challenges and propose practical solutions.
- Comfort with software tools, CRMs, and data tracking systems; ability to quickly learn and explain prod
