Your responsibilities
As a Customer Relations Co-Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring that every
customer has an enjoyable and seamless shopping experience.



Your responsibilities will
include:
¢ Providing exceptional customer service: Be helpful, friendly, and solution-oriented when
interacting with customers.
¢ Handling complaints and inquiries: Listen actively to customers, resolve their concerns
eiciently, and escalate issues when necessary.
¢ Optimizing the shopping experience: Ensure your workspace is well-equipped, organized,
and eicient at all times.
¢ Processing payments: Handle transactions accurately and eiciently while ensuring a
positive checkout experience.
¢ Assisting with product assembly & exchanges: Help customers with assembly concerns
and exchange components when needed.
¢ Supporting store goals: Understand and contribute to the stores commercial action plan
to maximize sales and protability.
¢ Ensuring store safety & compliance: Maintain a secure and secure shopping environment for
customers and colleagues.
