Role Description
The Generative AI Engineer will design, build, and optimize generative AI models and systems that support creative digital products and solutions. Responsibilities include developing and fine-tuning large language models and other generative architectures, creating data pipelines and model evaluation frameworks,



and collaborating with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust AI features. The role involves prototyping new AI capabilities, conducting experiments, monitoring performance in production, and ensuring responsible use of AI, including fairness, transparency, and security. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and active participation in technical design discussions and code reviews.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in core software engineering, such as proficiency in Python or similar languages, experience with APIs and microservices, and solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
