Key Responsibilities
-Monitor and ensure site-wide safety compliance across all construction activities
-Conduct daily safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks with workers
-Implement HSE policies, safety protocols, and statutory compliance
-Identify hazards, unsafe practices, and enforce corrective measures
-Ensure proper usage of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all site personnel
-Maintain and update all safety documentation, reports, and incident logs
-Collaborate with site engineers and subcontractors to enforce contractor-side safety
