Training Instructor

*Experience: 5-6 Years | Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month | Location: Head Office, Siliguri*

Role in short:

Conduct technical and safety training for site engineers, supervisors, and workers to improve productivity, quality and compliance on construction projects

Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Conduct classroom + on-site training on civil, steel structures, safety, quality and equipment handling
- Module Development: Prepare training modules, presentations, SOPs and training calendars as per project needs
- Skill Assessment: Evaluate worker and staff skills, conduct tests and certify trained manpower
- Site Support: Visit sites to identify training gaps and do refresher training for teams
- Documentation: Maintain training records, attendance,



feedback reports and coordinate with HR
- Compliance: Ensure training aligns with company standards, safety norms and client requirements

Requirements:
- Experience: 5-6 years in training/instruction role in construction, infra or manufacturing sector
- Qualification: Diploma/B.E in Civil/Mechanical. Additional certification in Training/Safety is a plus
- Skills: Solid communication, hands-on knowledge of construction processes, good at mentoring
- Other: Based at HO Siliguri. Must be willing to travel to sites as needed

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
