Job Description – HR Recruiter

Position: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to joining and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, consultants, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with concerned department heads.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview records, and joining documentation.
- Coordinate offer letters, salary discussions, background verification, and joining formalities.
- Maintain regular follow-up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.
- Support HR activities such as employee documentation,



attendance, and onboarding as required.

Required Skills & Experience
- Graduate/MBA/PG Diploma in HR or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment/HR, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Valuable communication, candidate-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and recruitment portals.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment timelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
