Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to create a welcoming and responsive setting.
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members, guests, and management effectively.
- Operations Management skills to oversee floor activities, staffing, inventory-related needs, and adherence to service standards.
- Training skills to onboard, guide, and develop front-of-house staff for consistent, high-quality service.
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a high-traffic, casual or upscale dining environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team-building abilities, with a calm approach under pressure.
- Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
