Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the organizations IT infrastructure and systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, Microsoft 365 (O365) administration, system administration, and basic firewall/network security. The candidate should also demonstrate strong team-handling and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Perform day-to-day system administration activities and ensure the availability, stability, and security of IT systems.
- Manage Microsoft 365 / O365 administration, including user accounts, licenses, email services, and administrative tasks.
- Perform basic firewall administration, monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
- Handle user and system-related technical issues and provide timely support.




- Manage system updates, patches, backups, and security-related activities.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
- Maintain system documentation, configurations, and IT operational procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for infrastructure-related activities.
- Lead and support the IT team in day-to-day operations and effectively delegate tasks.
- Ensure IT operations follow organizational security and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Robust experience in System Administration and IT infrastructure support.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 / O365 Administration.
- Basic understanding and hands-on knowledge of Firewall administration and network security.
