- Coordinate daily academic and administrative activities.
- Supervise teachers and support staff.
- Monitor lesson plans, syllabus completion, and teaching quality.
- Coordinate examinations, assessments, and school events.
- Monitor student discipline and academic performance.
- Conduct teacher meetings and provide academic support.
- Coordinate with the Principal, teachers, students, and parents.
- Maintain academic records and reports.
- Support the smooth functioning of the school.
