Role & responsibilities :

• Manage procurement of construction and project-related materials.
• Source and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with vendors.
• Prepare Purchase Orders and maintain purchase records.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely material delivery.
• Coordinate with Project, Stores, Accounts, and Site teams.
• Ensure materials meet required quality, quantity, and specifications.
• Maintain proper documentation and vendor records.

Preferred candidate profile :

2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement.
Hotel Construction industry experience is highly preferred.
Good knowledge of construction materials and vendor management.
Robust negotiation and communication skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
