How can you make an Impact?

1. The core purpose of the Project Maintenance Head role is to deliver cost effective maintenance services and build a vibrant community by engaging residents in sporting,



social and other events.

2. He will be responsible for monthly collections as well as planning and adhering to the budget.

3. He must ensure customer delight and thereby generate referrals by addressing customer observations in a timely manner. He will hold open houses with residents to identify areas of improvement.

4. Written & oral communication skills are essential as regular communication with RWA & residents will be an integral part of the role along with feedback(s) for improvement in current and future projects to the relevant stakeholder(s).

5. He/She will be responsible for monthly collections as well as planning and adhering to the budget and preparation of monthly reports.

6. He/She is expected to ensure statutory/regulatory compliances at the project(s).
