Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the luxury clothing store, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer interaction.
- Develop strategies to increase sales revenue through effective inventory management, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, display layouts, and store appearance to create an inviting shopping setting.
Job Requirements :
- 6-7 years' experience in retail management or related field (apparel/lifestyle/luxury sales).
- Proven track record in leading teams and driving sales growth.
- Strong communication skills with ability to motivate staff at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury clothes products.
