Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Home Loan Sales Executives.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Generate business through direct sales, referrals, and market activities.
- Guide the team in lead generation, customer meetings, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.
- Ensure timely collection and submission of customer documents.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and processing teams for smooth application processing.
- Track daily team performance, login, approval, and disbursement status.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide sales guidance and training.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.

Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate preferred.
- 25 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Sales.
- Prior team-handling experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Positive knowledge of the home loan sales process.
- Target-oriented with strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned market
