Job Title: Accounts, Marketing & Operations Executive – Aluminium Industry

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month
*Salary will depend on experience, knowledge, and overall capability.*

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced person to handle multiple business functions in the aluminium industry. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of accounts, marketing, sales coordination, customer handling, office management, purchase, inventory, and day-to-day operations.

Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Aluminium, Fabrication, Hardware, Manufacturing, Building Materials, Metal Industry, or related sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounts and bookkeeping
- Maintain purchase, sales, expenses, and payment records
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and other business documents
- Maintain GST-related records and billing documentation
- Handle customer payment follow-ups and outstanding payments
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and vendors




- Handle sales enquiries and follow up with leads
- Support marketing and business development activities
- Develop relationships with existing and potential customers
- Follow up on quotations and orders
- Coordinate purchase requirements and inventory
- Maintain stock records
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and dispatch teams
- Manage daily office and administrative work
- Prepare basic MIS and management reports
- Handle customer communication through phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Assist management in improving sales and overall operations
