Lead – Recruitment |

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
- Manage recruitment delivery for assigned clients, accounts, or industry verticals and ensure timely closure of requirements.
- Understand client hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Drive hiring through multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, databases, networking, and market mapping.
- Track recruitment metrics, productivity, TAT, closures, and other key performance indicators to improve delivery.
- Support and drive hiring through Permanent, C2H, Contract Staffing, and RPO models as applicable.
- Ensure quality, compliance,



and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements:
- 2–10 years of experience in recruitment/staffing, preferably with experience managing recruitment teams or client delivery.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and sourcing methodologies.
- Experience in Permanent Hiring, C2H/Contract Staffing, and/or RPO.
- Proven ability to achieve recruitment targets and deliver quality candidates within defined TATs.
- Strong client management, communication, stakeholder management, and team-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment setting.
- Experience in a specific industry/functional recruitment vertical will be an added advantage.
