VPM Jewellery King is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales team in Srivilliputhur, Tamil Nadu.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the showroom sales team.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor team performance and motivate staff to achieve targets.
- Assist customers and ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor jewellery sales, stock, and showroom operations.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Train and guide sales staff on products and sales techniques.
- Ensure company policies and showroom procedures are followed.

Requirements:
- Any Degree / Diploma preferred.




- 2–5 years of experience in sales management or retail sales.
- Jewellery industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team.
- Good knowledge of sales and showroom operations.
