Overview:




The PCB division develops and supports two major product lines AOI (Automated Optical Inspection)and AOS (Automated Optical Shaping). These products span multiple generations of technology, including C++ based systems, Javabased applications, and modern Web UI frontendsused across different platforms.
The SW & SQE Manager will play a key role in establishing and scaling our new India engineering group, ensuring robust quality practices, impactful automation, and tight alignment with global R&D.;

Mission: Build and lead a hybrid team - Manual QA, Automation, and SW Dev(second phase) to accelerate quality and delivery for PCB software

Key responsibilities:
Hire, onboard, and develop an 8person+ team in phases; set clear OKRs and quality KPIs
Establish SQE processes (test plans, regression suites, defect triage, release readiness)
Stand up/own anautomation framework and CI integration for nightly and prerelease
