Base Skills
- Experience working in a support role and flexibility to work in shifts
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Strong experience in at least one cloud platform is mandatory
- Knowledge of Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, and CI/CD tools
- Basic programming skills in JavaScript or TypeScript

Soft Skills
- Ability to independently handle customer-facing roles and understand SRE requirements
- Experience in team building and driving implementation
- Hands-on experience working on RFPs and proposals
- Excellent communication and business presentation skills

Must Have Skills
- Experience in monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Fluentd, ELK Stack, TIG Stack, DataDog, Current Relic
- Strong understanding of SLI, SLO, SLA concepts, error budgets, and toil management




- Ability to write complex PromQL queries and build SLA compliance dashboards
- Software development experience in one of the following: .NET, Go, Python, C++, Ruby, or Java (60%+ expertise required in at least one language)
- Experience with configuration and deployment tools like Puppet, Chef, Ansible, or Spinnaker
- Experience in microservices architecture, REST API integration, and solution design
- Hands-on experience in service instrumentation, exporters, and collectors

Optional Skills
- Experience in Incident Management frameworks (L1/L2/L3)
- Ability to conduct blameless post-mortems and root cause analysis
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Automation experience across applications, services, and infrastructure
