Job Description

ROI is looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to manage Pan-India vendor connects and execution for BTL activations, branding and retail branding projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Pan-India vendor connects for branding, fabrication, dealer board, POSM, printing and activations.
- Coordinate Pan-India on-ground execution, installation, dismantling and logistics.
- Manage vendor quotations, costing, negotiations, timelines and deliverables.
- Handle site recce, production and project coordination.
- Ensure quality and timely execution across locations.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams and vendors.




- Maintain vendor database and project documentation.
- Travel for project execution as required.

Candidate Profile
- 3–4 years of experience in BTL / Events / Branding / Experiential Marketing / Retail Branding.
- Candidates Preferred only from Agency Background
- Solid Pan-India vendor network and vendor management skills.
- Excellent execution and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of fabrication, printing and branding production.
- Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Willingness to travel across India.
