1. Conduct prospecting activities in field work. Identify potential Life Advisors and lead their selection & onboarding process

2. Manage a team of 10 to up to 30 LAs and provide performance support to Life Advisors to achieve sales targets and monitor the field activities

3. Collaborating with the team members and join Life Advisors in fieldwork in order to achieve Sales Target

4. Actively participate to Field Work to earn incentives & rebuilding team to achieve Sales Target
