Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and billing operations. The role will primarily involve billing, invoicing, e-invoicing, documentation, logistics-related entries, and basic accounting support.

The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of GST, invoicing procedures, basic accounting principles, and MS Excel, along with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Key ResponsibilitiesBilling & Invoicing
- Prepare and process Proforma Invoices, E-Invoices, and Final Invoices.
- Prepare invoices based on approved sales orders and relevant documents.
- Generate E-Invoices and E-Way Bills as applicable, in accordance with GST regulations.
- Verify invoice details, customer information, quantities, rates, taxes, and other billing particulars.
- Ensure timely submission and dispatch of invoices to customers.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with the concerned teams.





Accounting Operations
- Record day-to-day accounting and billing transactions accurately in the accounting software.
- Assist with ledger entries, account reconciliation, and routine accounting activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and billing transactions.
- Support the Senior Accountant in periodic reconciliation and verification of accounting records.
- Assist with basic accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Logistics & Documentation
- Record and maintain Lorry Receipt (LR) and other logistics-related details.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Logistics teams to ensure billing documentation is completed on time.
- Ensure billing and documentation are aligned with delivery requirements.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, sales orders, LR documents, and supporting documents.

GST & Compliance
- Ensure invoices are prepared in accordance with applicable GST rules and regulations.
