Role Description
The Quality Assurance Engineer is a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Kolkata Area, with some flexibility for work from home. This role is responsible for planning, designing, and executing test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability across Steora’s technology solutions.



Day-to-day activities include performing manual testing, logging and tracking defects, collaborating with developers and product teams to reproduce issues, and verifying fixes. The Quality Assurance Engineer will help refine testing processes, contribute to test documentation, and support continuous improvement of quality standards. The role also involves participating in reviews, providing clear feedback on software quality risks, and ensuring timely delivery of stable releases.

Qualifications
- Strong software testing skills, including Test Execution and Software Testing, with a focus on structured validation of features.
- Experience in Quality Assurance practices, including test planning, defect management, and adherence to quality standards.
