Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage and control production processes to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
- Develop and implement effective production plans, including scheduling, material allocation, and equipment management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks and disruptions.
- Analyze production data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and supplies.

Job Requirements :
- Experience in production planning control, preferably in a similar industry.
- Knowledge of PPC, injection moulding, and other relevant technologies is desirable.
- Solid analytical skills are needed to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements is an asset.
