Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and analytical Manager - Business Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing business performance, developing actionable insights, creating dashboards and reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools. The candidate will play a key role in transforming complex data into meaningful insights, business intelligence that support strategic and operational objectives. Required Skills Robust expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting. Advanced proficiency in Advanced SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query,



and data modelling. Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into business recommendations. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels. Experience in KPI development, performance measurement, and business reporting. Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Educational Qualification Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master's degree (MCA, M.Tech, MS, or equivalent) is preferred. Experience Requirements Minimum 13 to 15 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related domain.
