Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical maintenance activities, including breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and heat exchanger maintenance.
- Oversee the repair and replacement of equipment such as gearboxes, pumps, rotating equipment, agitators, and other mechanical components.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all maintenance operations to maintain a safe working setting.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of spare parts and consumables required for maintenance purposes.
- Monitor MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) metrics to optimize maintenance efficiency.
