Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead planning activities for TLT projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Provide leadership guidance to junior team members on planning methodologies and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 12-20 years of experience in tower & transmission line planning or related field (steel plant).
- Proven track record in leading complex projects from initiation to delivery.
- Solid understanding of coordination principles for successful project execution.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
