AssetPlus is looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager - Brand Activations to lead on-ground brand experiences for a bespoke category creation initiative.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing brands to life through high-quality offline activations. You will be responsible for planning and executing events, roadshows, city activations, ambient branding, and cutting-edge BTL campaigns that build awareness and create meaningful engagement at scale.

The ideal candidate is highly execution-focused, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to travel extensively to ensure flawless execution across regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Brand Activations & BTL Campaigns
- Plan and execute BTL campaigns that build awareness and drive engagement for the initiative.
- Conceptualise and execute innovative on-ground activations that create memorable brand experiences.
- Manage city launches, roadshows, partner meets, educational events, and regional activation programmes.
- Identify new activation opportunities that strengthen brand visibility in key markets.




- Events & On-ground Execution
- Own end-to-end execution of offline events from planning through post-event closure.
- Coordinate venue selection, logistics, branding, production, registrations, and on-ground operations.
- Ensure every activation reflects the brand's quality standards and delivers a consistent experience.
- Be willing to travel across cities to oversee execution whenever required.
- OOH & Ambient Branding
- Plan and execute outdoor branding initiatives across relevant markets.
- Explore innovative ambient branding opportunities that increase visibility and recall.
- Coordinate installation, execution, quality checks, and timely rollout of all branding assets.
- Vendor Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage agencies, production partners, fabricators, printers, and event vendors.
- Define clear deliverables, timelines, and quality expectations for every partner.
- Track vendor perform
