Job description:
Senior Renewable Energy / Power Sector Specialist to lead renewable energy and power-sector implementation activities, with a focus on distributed solar and rooftop solar (RTS) programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation of distributed solar/rooftop solar programmes.
- Coordinate with DISCOMs and other power-sector stakeholders.
- Support programme planning, implementation, monitoring and review.
- Manage stakeholder coordination and resolve implementation issues.
- Provide technical and operational guidance on distributed renewable energy projects.
- Lead the project/team and ensure timely delivery of programme outputs.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the power/renewable energy sector.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in distributed solar/rooftop solar (RTS) implementation.
- Solid understanding of DISCOM operational processes.
- Experience in stakeholder management and team leadership.
- Good understanding of India's renewable energy and power-sector ecosystem.
