Role & responsibilities
- Manage daily store activities including inward and outward material entries.
- Maintain accurate records of all materials received, issued, and transferred.
- Handle ERP software for material entries, stock updates, and inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper availability of required materials.
- Verify materials received against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward movements.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts, and other departments for material requirements.
- Conduct regular stock verification and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and organization of materials in the store.
- Prepare basic stock reports and provide inventory updates to management.




- Ensure that store procedures and documentation are followed properly.

Preferred candidate profile
- 1-3 years of experience in Store / Inventory Management, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Practical knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management.
- Valuable understanding of material inward and outward processes.
- Basic knowledge of stock control and inventory documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle multiple store activities.

Preferred Candidate

Candidate should be responsible, organized, and capable of independently managing day-to-day store operations and ERP entries.
