Job Summary

Looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead our elevator sales operations in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Elevator/Lift New Installation Sales, with a proven track record in business development, project sales, client acquisition, order closure, and sales team leadership.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead sales growth, strengthen the company's presence in Mumbai, and support the identification and development of new branch opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and order-booking targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Drive Recent Installation Elevator Sales across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and key accounts.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, site visits, technical discussions,



quotations, negotiations, and order closure.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential locations for business/branch expansion.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, pipeline reports, and management updates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, installation, service, and finance teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure timely payment collection and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, presentations, and industry events.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Elevator/Lift Sales.
- New Installation / New Sales experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in Elevator Project Sales and Business Development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing elevator projects.
