Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns. Plan and manage digital marketing, social media, and offline promotional activities. Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities. Manage and monitor marketing budgets and campaign performance. Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business and revenue targets. Conduct market research and analyze customer trends and competitor activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners. Develop marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content. Monitor social media presence and improve brand visibility. Track marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports. Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and client engagement activities. Lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve targets.



Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 8-15 years of experience in marketing or a similar managerial role. Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills. Valuable knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. Target-oriented, creative, and self-motivated. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
