Job Summary

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered experiences for mobile and desktop applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, hands-on experience with contemporary design tools, and the ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for mobile (iOS/Android) and desktop/web applications
- Create user flows, wireframes, low- and high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Use tools like Figma and InVision to design, prototype, and collaborate with stakeholders
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into designs
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI standards
- Ensure designs meet accessibility (ADA) and usability best practices
- Iterate designs based on data, user feedback, and technical constraints
