We are looking for a Product Advisor to join the Shaadi.com team. The role involves speaking with customers, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable membership plans, and helping them choose the right service.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers through outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and relationship/matrimonial preferences.
- Explain Shaadi.com membership plans, features, and benefits.
- Recommend the most suitable plan based on the customer's needs.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Convert interested customers into paid memberships.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide a positive experience.
- Update customer information and call details in the system.





Requirements
- 6 months–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, BPO sales, or telecalling.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and working with sales targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with good communication and a solid interest in sales may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,484.00 - ₹25,796.67 per month
