Content & Script Writer Key Responsibilities
- Research social media, trends, creators, and audience conversations for new content ideas.
- Write engaging scripts for Reels, Shorts, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Keep the content simple, conversational, and natural in Groomifys voice.
- Find fresh angles for English, communication, confidence, and personality development topics.
- Track trends and maintain an organised bank of ideas and references.
- Work closely with Bharti to understand and reflect her teaching style and opinions.

Preferred candidate profile

Someone who:

* Loves Instagram, YouTube and digital content

* Is naturally curious and enjoys finding interesting things online





* Can write conversationally rather than formally

* Understands what makes people stop scrolling and keep watching

* Has a good sense of storytelling and hooks

* Is comfortable researching unfamiliar topics

* Can understand Hindi/Hinglish as well as English

* Is open to feedback and experimentation

* Uses AI intelligently for support, but *doesn't depend on AI to produce generic scripts*
