Department: Material Warehouse

We are seeking an experienced Store / Warehouse Manager to independently manage warehouse operations, inventory governance, material movement, documentation, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end warehouse and inventory operations

· Control inward/outward material movement and ensure documentation accuracy

· Verify receipts against POs, invoices, and delivery challans

· Maintain accurate inventory records in TallyPrime and Excel

· Monitor minimum stock levels and raise timely Material Requests

· Oversee material issue, storage, labelling, bin/location management, and stock discipline

· Conduct periodic physical stock verification under Accounts supervision and support reconciliation

· Report shortages, excess stock, damages, and non-moving inventory

· Prepare periodic inventory, stock movement, and exception reports

· Supervise warehouse manpower and ensure productivity, housekeeping, and operational compliance





· Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Production, and other internal stakeholders

Candidate Profile

· Qualification: Any Degree

· Experience: 2–4 years in Warehouse & Inventory Management

· Mandatory: Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

· Preferred: Experience in the printing industry

· Working knowledge of TallyPrime and Microsoft Excel

· Strong exposure to inventory control, stock reconciliation, documentation, and warehouse administration

· Good supervisory, coordination, and execution skills

· Notice Period: Up to 30 days

Language Requirements

· Kannada: Spoken proficiency

· Hindi: Spoken proficiency

· English: Good reading and writing skills

Working Schedule

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
