Your new role

As our new Product Owner, you will join the Digital Employee Journey team on a permanent basis,



reporting to the Head of Digital Employee Journey and working closely day-to-day to support our Senior Product owners for Digital Employee Supportand Digital Workplace.

Your role will evolve with business needs for product management of our core employee-facing products for collaboration, communication, support, and general productivity.

Your focus during the first 5 months of this permanent position will be on covering key areas of the Digital Employee Support product area while the Senior Product owner is on parental leave. This includes how employees access support, self-service, and knowledge across digital channels such as assisted support and ServiceNow.

You will also collaborate with the Digital Workplace Senior Product Owner on knowledge management and digital employee experience (DEX) topics.
