Role & responsibilities

Lead preventive, predictive, breakdown, and shutdown

maintenance of all electrical equipment to maximize plant

availability and reliability.

Oversee maintenance of transformers, HT/LT systems,

substations, DCS, PLC, and automation/instrumentation

systems.

Plan maintenance schedules, allocate manpower, and ensure

timely execution of maintenance activities.

Develop and implement strategies for power optimization,

energy conservation, and electrical reliability.

Identify root causes of electrical failures and implement

effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Drive improvement projects focused on productivity, energy

efficiency, and cost optimization.

Ensure optimum availability of electrical spares and

consumables to support uninterrupted operations.

Lead, mentor, and develop the Electrical team while ensuring

compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and

company policies.
