Delivery
Associate Program Manager
Full-Time Noida, India (Work From Office)
We're looking for an Associate Program Manager at the start of their delivery career to support our client programs day to day. You'll work alongside senior Program Managers - keeping plans current, tracking actions, preparing client updates, and learning how fixed-scope consulting delivery actually works from the inside.
What you will do
Support senior Program Managers across
- Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, and AI implementation programs
- Keep project plans, trackers, and RAID logs current and accurate every day
- Prepare weekly client status reports, meeting agendas, and crisp minutes with clear owners and dates
- Chase actions across engineering pods and flag slippage early so nothing surprises the client
- Coordinate meeting logistics across Delhi, Dallas, London, and New York time zones
- Support UAT cycles - collect feedback, log defects, and track them to closure
- Maintain project documentation, from kickoff decks to go-live checklists
- Learn the delivery craft with a clear growth path to Program Manager
What we are looking for
- 0-2 years of work experience - project coordination, operations, or consulting exposure is a plus
- Exceptionally organized - you naturally keep lists, close loops, and never drop a follow-up
- Strong written English - you
